PSA and Bandai are continuing their successful partnership, much to the delight of One Piece fans and card collectors! They've announced their third exclusive promotional card, this time featuring the iconic "Red-Haired" Shanks and his crew.
This collaboration builds on the success of their previous promo cards. The first card, showcasing the entire Straw Hat Pirates crew, achieved the distinction of being the most-graded English language One Piece card. The second featured Boa Hancock and the Warlords of the Sea.
