Pokémon TCG Pocket Suffers an Extradimensional Crisis

After the Celestial Guardians appeared, a wormhole led the Ultra Beasts to invade the Pokémon TCG Pocket, becoming a real Extradimensional Crisis. 

This new booster pack with more than 100 new cards will take over our favorite trading card game on May 29, 2025, at 2:00 pm EST, and it promises to fill our decks with “otherworldly strength,” according to Pokémon.com. With the Ultra Beasts, our game strategy will expand to multidimensional levels.

Along with the new expansion, we will have an Ultra Beast Drop Event, Wonder Pick Event, and Ultra Beast Mass Outbreak Event throughout June. 

The extradimensional creatures were first introduced in Generation 7 during the Sun and Moon era in the Alolan region. Jack Boreham explains in his article for GameRant that the “Ultra Beasts are extraterrestrial Pokemon living in ultra space that enter the Alola region through wormholes.”

The twelve known Ultra Beasts will come in the pack, some in ex form. These are the new friends to look out for:

• Nihilego

• Buzzwole

• Pheromosa

• Xurkitree

• Celesteela

• Kartana

• Guzzlord

• Poipole

• Naganadel

• Stakataka

• Blacephalon

• Ultra Necrozma

Breaking the barriers of interdimensional travel, they will appear on our screens this Thursday with all their ultra power.
