Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tonny Collectables! To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure fairness to all customers, we have a strict No-Return & No-Refund Policy on all purchases. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order. 1. All Sales Are Final All items sold on our website are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. 2. No Returns or Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges for: - Pokémon cards (sealed or single cards). - Accessories, including but not limited to sleeves, binders, playmats, deck boxes, dice, and other collectibles. - Pre-orders or special edition items. 3. Pre-Order Cancellations If you choose to cancel a pre-order, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers payment processing and administrative costs. 4. Condition of Cards & Products We guarantee that all sealed products are factory-sealed and authentic. For single cards, we do our best to accurately describe the condition. However, all card sales are final, and we do not accept returns based on grading opinions or buyer’s remorse. 5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments - Once an order has been shipped, Tonny Collectables is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. - If you experience any shipping issues, we recommend contacting the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) directly to file a claim. - If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and items immediately and contact the shipping carrier. 6. Incorrect or Missing Items - If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing at Tonny.collectables@gmail.com. - If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. - Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. - Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention - Any attempts to file a chargeback or payment dispute against our No-Return Policy will be considered fraudulent. - We keep detailed records, including order confirmations, tracking information, and product photos, to dispute fraudulent claims. - Customers who initiate unauthorized chargebacks will be permanently banned from future purchases. By placing an order on Tonny Collectables, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Return & All Sales Final Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase. Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tonny Collectables! We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order. 1. Order Processing & Shipping Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. 2. Shipping Cost & Methods: We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 per order, regardless of order size or destination within the United States. All orders are shipped via [Carrier Name – USPS, UPS, or FedEx] with tracking. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. 3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments: Once a package is shipped, Tonny Collectables is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If you experience any shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately and contact the shipping carrier. 4. Incorrect Address Policy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tonny Collectables is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. - If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay the $10 shipping fee again for re-shipment. 5. International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders vary by location and weight of the products. The final shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size. Tonny Collectables is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  Shipping times for international orders vary and may be affected by customs processing delays. 6. Freight Forwarding Companies & Payment Processing Fee - We do not ship to freight forwarding companies. Orders placed with a freight forwarding address will be canceled. - A 3% fee will be applied to cover payment processing costs. By placing an order with Tonny Collectables, you agree to the terms outlined in this shipping policy. Shipping for Pre-order Policy

What is a Pre-Order? A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. By pre-ordering, you are reserving the item before it becomes available. Pre-Order Payment & Cancellation - Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. - If you choose to cancel a pre-order, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing and administrative costs. Shipping Pre-Ordered Items - Pre-orders will ship on or shortly after the official release date. - If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship when all items are available. - If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place a separate order. Delays & Manufacturer Changes - Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. Tonny Collectables is not responsible for any delays caused by suppliers or manufacturers. - If a pre-order item is canceled by the manufacturer, a full refund will be issued.
